Hey Urge fans, as always I thank you for your continued support of the band. Without you the joy of playing would mean nothing to us. Please read this important information regarding a terrible illness and then read about our diabolical plan to invade ..............THE NORTH SHORE!!!!!

The Urge has teamed up with JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation). JDRF is working diligently on finding a cure for children affected with Type 1 Diabetes. Type 1, or juvenile, diabetes, is a devastating disease that affects millions of people, a large and growing percentage of them are children.

There is some good news, though. For the first time, scientists are predicting that we CAN expect to see a cure well within our lifetime!

Now, more than ever, you can make a crucial difference. Won't you please give to JDRF as generously as possible? Together, we can make the cure a reality!

Each and every year JDRF holds “Walks” all over the world to raise funds to find a cure. To make a donation please go to the below link where you can donate directly to our good friend Mike’s walk. Please be assured 100% of all donations go directly to JDRF.

We have also created a “Walk Team” called “GET THE URGE TO FIND A CURE”. If you prefer you can be part of this walk team and raise funds on your own. You can also participate in the walk if you like.
